Methods such as laser hair removal, electrolysis and intense pulse light are commonly used for permanent hair removal treatments.
During the laser hair removal treatment process, a laser is usually targeted at the hair follicles, destroying them. This is done without damaging the surrounding skin areas. The process should be carried out by a qualified doctor. This method is a safe treatment yet painful and quite expensive.
